THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AVAILABLE ON PIONEXBOT.COM ARE NOT INTENDED FOR INDIVIDUALS OR INSTITUTIONAL USERS IN HONG KONG. NOTHING ON PIONEXBOT.COM IS INTENDED TO BE CONSTRUED AS A SOLICITATION OF ANY USER IN HONG KONG.

BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU ARE DEEMED NOTIFIED AND ACKNOWLEDGED OF ABOVE NOTICES.

General

Welcome to www.Pionexbot.com! These terms of service (the “Agreement”) constitute the agreement between you and Pionexbot operators governing your use of this Site/App, your Account and the Services.

Please read carefully all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and other agreements that apply to you. By opening and using an Account, you agree to comply with all of them. We may amend these terms and will notify you via the Site/App or email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are not a national or resident of prohibited jurisdictions (Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Canada) or on sanctions lists.
• You must not supply digital assets or Services to prohibited jurisdictions or persons.
• Services in Africa are limited to payouts to the wallet holder’s nominated bank account.
• Minimum operational account balance: $200,000.00.
• We may cancel or suspend accounts if eligibility is not met.

Definitions

Pionexbot: Ecosystem comprising websites, apps, and services.

Pionexbot Operator: Wallet Holder.

Services: All digital asset services, APIs, apps.

User: Those registered and KYC verified.

Account: A user’s account on this Site.

Account

Create an Account

You must provide authentic information. Only one account per user is allowed. You need a valid email/phone and password.

Identity Authentication

You must complete verification. We may request personal, financial, and other information and verify it through third parties. Keep your information updated.

Security

You are responsible for account security. Contact support immediately if compromised.

Services

Pionexbot allows users to buy, sell, transfer, and store supported digital assets. Unsupported assets are not accepted.

Trading Services

Trading carries risk. Orders may not always be fulfilled. Automated trading robots are available but operate under your parameters.

Fiat Trading

Fiat trading requires agreements with third-party providers and KYC completion.

Transfers

Transfers in/out of your account may have limits and require beneficiary information. Incorrect details can cause delays or loss.

Staking Services

Optional staking services allow you to stake supported tokens for rewards. There are risks of loss due to third parties, network issues, and no guarantees of rewards.

API Terms

Use of API Tools is subject to separate API terms and conditions.

Restricted Activities

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: violating laws, infringing IP rights, fraud, market manipulation, sharing account details, or any activity that imposes undue load or security risks.

Suspension and Restriction

We may limit, suspend, or terminate your account or freeze assets without notice under certain conditions such as suspected illegal activity or compliance requirements.

User Representations and Warranties

You warrant you have legal authority, will use Services lawfully, and any digital assets are legally sourced.

AML and CTF Regulations

We follow Customer Due Diligence measures and may request KYC documents. You must keep information current and accurate.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify us for actions related to your account. Our liability is limited to the lesser of your account value or $10,000. We are not liable for indirect damages, delays, or third-party actions.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Release

Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for user errors, network failures, or third-party actions.

Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

We aim to resolve disputes amicably first. This Agreement is governed by English Common Law. Unresolved disputes go to ICC arbitration in Belize. Class action waivers apply.

Risk Reminder

Digital assets are volatile, irreversible, and may be affected by regulations or security breaches. You are solely responsible for compliance and risk assessment.

Amendment and Termination

We may amend these terms and terminate accounts for legal, compliance, or operational reasons. You may terminate at any time. We may retain data as required by law.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement is the complete agreement. No partnership is created. Claims must follow these terms. We may communicate electronically.
